having trouble when i activate cheats on WW

hey everyone

hoping someoen is able to help me with my wind waker for GC emulation
basically I optimised my dolphin and without cheats its perfect i can play it brilliantly.
however if i activate even one action replay code my fps seems to drop to about 20 and its really bugging me.

ive used cheats on my other games no problems it just seems to be this exact game with action replay

anyone got any ideas?

Quick update starfox adventures is doing the same

no cheats = flawless 50-60FPS
cheats= 25 - 20 FPS

AR cheats are basically hacks that Dolphin or real console apply to a game. If something like this goes wrong, that's what you can expect with a hack. That is to say, there may not be anything you can do about it. You could try previous revisions of Dolphin; see if this is a regression.

thanks for the advice but it doesnt seem to be helping on older revisions
