Having trouble setting up controller

Hey there!
So I'm currently attempting to set up a wired Xbox 360 controller to play a Gamecube game. I've finished mapping it and it is recognized. However, when I go into the "Config" menu, there is no Gamecube option for "Ports." All I'm seeing is Slot A, Slot B and SP1. When I run the game, my mouse and keyboard work just fine, but the controller doesn't do anything.
I assume maybe I'm using an outdated version or something? I'm using the plain Windows 5.0 x64 version.
I feel super dorky because I know this is probably a simple fix that I'm just overlooking. I attached a couple screenshots to show what I'm seeing in my Config and Controller menus.
Thank you in advance!

Is there a reason you configured pad 2 instead of 1?

That's normal. There were "Ports" options there in Dolphin 4.0, but in Dolphin 5.0, the equivalent options are in the Controllers window.

You may have to configure the first slot instead of the second slot. Also, if you're playing a Wii game, make sure that it actually supports GameCube controllers. (Some of them do, some of them don't.)
