Having trouble running games

I'm having some trouble running my games on Dolphin v2.0, Mostly New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
When I try to load the game i get these errors:
-Error Loading Plugins/Plugin_GCPad.dll: can't read info
-Can't init any PAD plugins
-Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration.

After following the steps in the Dolpin Complete Setup Guide, i managed to get rid of these errors, but now when i click the game the screen pretty much goes blank.

Specs:
-Windows 7 Home 64-bit
-AMD Athlon II X4 2.8GHz
-4GB RAM
-ATI radeon 4770 graphics card

look like upgrade directx 9 and it will work

or is vcred x86 and x64 both

I have DirectX 11... I think it came with Windows 7

just install dx9, u'll see Wink

and no, w7 does not come with dx11 and you card does not support it.

Oh wow! that got it working! thank you so much!
I gotta tell you though, finding a good download for DirectX was a bitch

What search engine are you using? Microsoft should be the first link.
