Having Trouble Installing Dolphin to HP Laptop

Ah, right, there was both the Qt error and the runtime error before, but now there is only the runtime error. Please download the Visual C++ runtime linked here: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#program-cant-start-because-vcdll-is-missing
