Having trouble downloading dolphin: This site can’t be reached dl.dolphin-emu.org to

I cant seem to download dolphin on any of my computers today. Chrome and edge keep timing out and saying

This site can’t be reached

dl.dolphin-emu.org took too long to respond.


I'm not sure if this is being caused by something on my end, but I tested multiple computers and cant seem to download the newest dolphin dev builds right now.


Sidenote: I can download texture packs and access the website just fine. This only happens when I attempt to download dolphins newest builds, I can also download 5.0 stable just fine just not the newest dev builds, even the older ones that were made a week ago.

Edit: I tested another network, and tried to download dolphin on my phone as well, and im still getting this error message
