Having some problems with Dolphin

Whenever I open Dolphin, it works until I try to load a game. The computer thinks for a bit, then says that Dolphin is not responding.

I've tried changing some settings and such in Dolphin but to no avail. I have uploaded my specs I hope I have what is needed. I saw some screens of Wind Waker in hi def and I had high hopes. Thanks for any help.
