Hey, I'm completely new to the forum so if I'm posting in the wrong section redirect me.

My specs:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: Radeon HD7870
Ram: 8gb
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
Dolphin: 4.0-1841

I'm trying to run Wind Waker at x2.5 resolution with HD textures and the Widescreen hack, but I get this weird lag spike at the starting area when I go towards the bridge, it only happens there and only at a certain area, the FPS drops from 30 to about 27-28, but it's still really noticeable. Will this keep happening? Is my PC too slow?

Also could I potentially run Skyward Sword? I need to know before I waste money on a wiimote.

Skyward Sword: no, unless you overclock. If it is the first time you run WW, the cause of spikes is ShaderCache generating from what is emulated. Shouldn´t happen afterwards.
