Having Problems With Running Pokemon Battle Revolution ( Wii )

I enabled Safe Texture Cache but it didn't work.
I also tried to adjust IR pointer,it didnt work either.It's hard to set it properly.And i also noticed that the game is a little bit slower than it should be on wii.
