Having Problems with Radiant Dawn and XD Gale of Darkness

First I'll say is this. I'm very sorry if this doesn't go here as I'm unsure where to post this.

Now for my issue. I updated to 5.0. a long while ago and then stopped using the emulator for awhile but when I stopped both these games worked with their respective cheat codes with no issues. I come back and now XD Gale of Darkness will play for a bit but then crash and Radiant Dawn won't play at all giving me a message saying: "IntCPU: Unknown instruction 00000000 at PC = 00000008 last_PC = 80001f18 LR = 800c9f68".

I have NEVER had this game do this to me before and after putting the disk in my Wii it works just fine with no issues. The only thing that gets Radiant Dawn to play is to disable the cheat option in the config menu but if I wanted to play without Gecko codes I would just play it on the Wii. Please tell me there is a way to fix this as Radiant Dawn is my FAVORITE Fire Emblem game and I would hate to not be able to play it on dolphin any more.

You could always use gecko codes on the wii.

Do I need homebrew to use this because I have no clue how to even get started on that.

You can't brick your Wii if you're only trying to install homebrew. If you have SSBB, you can use Smash Stack (Google it), and as long as you don't have a Wii U, you can use Letterbomb (also Googleable).

Thanks so much. Smash Stack worked like a charm and I now have my gecko codes back. I really appreciate the help. You wouldn't hapen to know if such a thing exists that lets gecko use cheats on gamecube games would you cause that would be awesome.
