Information 
Hello my system spec is:

Amd 5200+ OC at 2900mhz
Radeon 5770 HD
4 Gigs of ram

I am using dolphin-2.0.win64.

So far the most compatible settings have been:

General:
- OpenGL
- Foce Linea filter
- Post processing (off)
- AA (Off)
- AF (Off)
- Use real XBF
Everything else is checked off.

Advanced:
EBF copy to Texture
Use safe texture cache (fast)
Everything else is checked off

With these settings the intro and selection screens work 100%.
In game the backgrounds are fluid and the sound works 100%, but the characters have graphic glitches and are slow.

I tried in DX9 with many settings but they were not as good as Open GL.

I don't have this game but turning off Real XFB and changing over to the D3D9 plugin generally yields better results.
