Having lag on Melee..

Hello everyone!

No matter what I seem to do, I cannot get melee to stop dropping frames. I am fairly certain my computer is strong enough to handle the load.
Specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Processor/CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K OC @ 3.8GHZ
Video Card/GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 GDDR5-2GB
Memory/RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB 1600MHz DDR3
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 4.0-7810 - This version was released about 4 hours ago.

I have tried on several different version of Dolphin and Dolphin is even running off an SSD. Is there anything more I can do to hopefully stop the frames from dropping?

- NOTE. This is for offline play. I have not even tried NetPlay yet. -

Is the lag like occasional and brief stuttering? Dolphin would be generating shaders during the stutter. If so, then all you can really do is keep playing so the shader cache would be built up.

Kinda yeah. Like every 10 or 15 seconds the game will almost like, slow down for about 3 to 5 seconds. Like when I am playing fox he falls significantly slower.
