At least I found a solution for the game "Sonic Unleashed".

But before that, some information about the problem:

I tried to get Dolphin (different SVN's) running on the following System:

Phenom II X4 940 (4x3.0GHz)
NVidia GeForce GTX 260
Windows 7 x64 (Pro)

First I followed the Manuals given on that site.
After finishing everything, I tried to start the game with standard settings, game was running, but I could only see the current FPS (38-60 FPS), hear the sound of the Game-Intro, but screen was black.
After that I tried different settings and different SVN's of Dolphin, but nothing helped.

After asking in another Black-Screen-thread (that has to do with totally not working Games giving out 0 FPS and no sound), I got a good hint to find a solution (but still not the solution itself).
So I looked into a thread about "Sonic Unleashed" and followed the "howto" to configure my version of Dolphin.
After I set all settings like I've seen in that thread and tried to start the Game again, I still had the Black-Screen-Problem.

So far I think it is a little Problem of Parameter-Transfer in Dolphin happening when running under Windows 7 x64.
But how lucky, the setting for "Projection Hack" can also be done at the Properties of the Game listed in Dolphin.

The simple Solution:
right-click on the Game in Dolphin, for "Projection Hack for:" choose "Zelda Twilight Princess Bloom hack" (older SVN's have a short name for that hack, see thread about the Game).
click on "Close" and try to start the Game.
For me it works now.

For other Games, other ones should add their solution
System:
AMD Phenom II X4 940 (4x 3GHz)
NVidia GeForce GTX260 896MB
4GB PC2-8500 CL 5-5-5-15
Windows 7 Professional x64

fix the Black Screen of Windows 7 by following way:
1. Restart your PC
2. Logon and wait for the black screen to appear
3. Make sure your PC should be able to connect to the internet (black screen does not appear to affect this)
4. Press the CTRL, ALT and DEL keys simultaneously
5. When prompted, Click Start Task Manager
6. In Task Manager Click on the Application Tab
7. Next Click New Task
8. Now enter the command: ”C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe”.
9. Click OK and your browser should start up and begin the download process
10. When prompted for the download Click run, the black screen fix program will download and run to automatically fix the issue.
11. Now restart your PC and the black screen problem will hopefully be gone.
