Is that Chinese made copies worth to use?

My original nunchuck is damaged, and I looking for some replacement and thinking to buy new Wii mote too.
Do those copies connect with Dolphin?
How poor their quality?

I remember good old times of Dreamcast, I bough some Chinese controllers to play with friends, but their quality was so bad. The analog stick actually worked as digital arrows. Triggers were badly made and didn't react sometimes.
Is it same with those copies? They are cheap, through...
