Has anyone noticed this? And how did that happen?

I checked some revisions I have on hand to see.
3.0 - No dot 3.5 - No dot 4.0 - No dot 4.0-41 - No dot 4.0-88 - DOT 4.0-364 - DOT 4.0-419 - DOT 4.0-926 - DOT 4.0-4784 - DOT 4.0-7373 - DOT So, between 4.0-41 and 4.0-88. Lucario can you bisect this further? EDIT: The only thing in that range that looks like it would apply is 4.0-78. Can you test 4.0-77 and 4.0-78? If you aren't aware, the Wii banners are actually twice the size of the GameCube banners. Dolphin has always downscaled the Wii banners to the GC banner size, but as of 4.0-78, on HiDPI displays it can use the extra resolution for "retina" banners. For everyone else it's still downscaled. In theory, nothing should have been changed for normal DPI users, but apparently comex did something that is causing these dots...
Btw, it's even worse in Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition! Four dots! Lucario, do you want to make the issue report? Intel Xeon w7-3465X OC | Asus Pro WS W790-E Sage SE | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE | 8x16GiB G-Skill Zeta R5 DDR5-6000 | Windows 11 23H2 | (details)

Thank you for explanation. It was interesting to see that RE4 Wii Edition has 4 dots.
I haven't made an issue report about it yet. I was hesitant in making one until now. I will make one later today because I haven't slept last night. If you want to make one before me, then be my guest.

Oh my gosh, Super Mario Galaxy has a white dot in 4.0 and doesn't have one in 4.0-7373!
