So, hello everyone. First of all, Im gonna post my specs. but I doubt its a problem with that.
https://gyazo.com/35b456ea190d3bf80b84488af86eab3b
My graphics card is the thing thats holding my gaming rig soooo badly.. its a NVIDIA GEForce GT 640.

But.. again.. My Specs aren't what my issue is.

So, yesterday, I played the game. Even streamed it for some friends. It worked just fine. Of course it ran at like.. 15-30FPS usually..

But my issue is that today, after waking up and rebooting my computer. the game literally stopped working. Yesterday I was using 4.0.5095. Tried with the -same- version.
What I noticed however, is that yesterday I was trying to browse to a Folder to get most of my games in the Emulator's list. But.. it did not work. Though I didn't mind it. Thats not the problem.
Today, When I opened it back up, the dolphin emulator, It showed, the list of games so Im like "uh... okay then. Thats convenient !" I Even started it as Admin when yesterday I didn't. Thought it'd run better if I did. And thats where my issues started to happen. The game when I opened it up, Stayed a black screen and never ever changed. So I turned it off.. Opened the game without Admin and.. no results were changed. I wanted to change my Settings for graphics as I saw issues with black screens be "Try changing to open GL!" and.. well, my options were greyed out. I kinda get why in the rules it said "We don't recommend using older versions" But.. hey, thats the version I was using. And then I went to download the -latest- version of Dolphin. 4.0.8120. And.. it still did not work. Though it asked me to Dump DSL or... something and I didn't want to. I didn't care for Audio mess up. And.. it stayed black.

Now, here.. hear me out. The game works -just- Fine on Dolphin 4.0 Before I changed -any- of the settings.. and whilst I was trying to get screenshots to show you guys the blackscreens and versions in them.. Well... after I had fiddled with the graphic options it didn't work anymore x .x; Great..

I really, really doubt its my rom or whatever its called because it worked yesterday(Or today if we want to get technical about 2am.)

Even a fully redownloaded Dolphin Emulator(4.0.8120) Didn't do anything because the settings are shared. Im assuming, unless I Reset my settings its not gonna work.. soo... Is there a way to reset to default settings ? Graphic.. audio and etc ?

Oh, Yesterday I -did- have to close my emulator entirely. It still worked and didn't have the List of Roms in my Dolphin I had.

Edit#1: Okay then.. After I tried Dolphin 4.0.2 on the Emulator Zone's website. it worked -just- fine.. it even booted up ! https://gyazo.com/755aa6ccd7aec3a92cf6180ced83cebe

This is what happens with Dolphin 4.0.8120: https://gyazo.com/4d6285fabc8437d6ce3802a37b790843

Try moving the Dolphin Emulator folder in My Documents to the Desktop and then run 4.0-8120. This will force Dolphin to remake it's folder and set everything back to default so you can tell if there was a problem with something in one of the configs or something.

There was a problem with the settings.. And I just figured it out like.. a couple minute before you posted. I was writing a reply/Edit to my post.

Apparently, The Audio Slider in Advanced has a predominent factor on how fast the games run. It was set at 0% and literally didn't let the game progress whatsoever. Sooooo.... yeaaaaaaaaa..... that was Annoying Fun x .x;

Buuuuut I'll definitely do that. Thanks for the Heads up.

That isn't the Audio Slider, that is the CPU Overclock-Setting (the emulated CPU, not your real one). Generally, disable it (untick the checkbox). It was introduced for testing and trying to get more FPS in Variable FPS-Games (eg a Spyro game) or to get 60 FPS (with combination of AR codes that really unlocks it, the overclock makes so that it won't really lag)

No, it's in the general configuration. The audio settings are only one tab of the general configuration.

Oh... So it is then.. I just thought since I clicked the 'Audio' button it was in the audio tab. Well.. regardless.. my problem has been solved yesterday as I fiddled with things x .x

Thank you everyone for attempting to help me. Oh, and that thing with "Move your files out of 'Documents' Folder" Helped even more too ! I just had to move back my Memory cards. Thanks everyone !
