Harvest moon Animal Parade low fps

I tried running harvest moon animal parade on Dolphin V2 Fps between 10-12.

My specs

Windows xp 32-bit
2GB DDR2 RAM
Pentium D E2160 @ 1.80 GHZ
ATI RADEON HD 4350.

.the cpu is strangling ur gpu.. too good card for this procesor.

use new motheboard & buy for urself a core 2 duo, or athlon x2.
