No. The DolphinBar works as well as it does because the Wiimote does not interact directly with the operating system. Any Wiimote functionality outside of the specifics the DolphinBar was made for will not work at all.
That said, it doesn't interfere with the Toshiba Stack or MS bluetooth stacks, so I can still use glovepie and things with the Toshiba Stack for example. Not that I have any reason to, but I could and I have.
