I'm really new at this(found out an hour ago) and i'm not that good with I.T. stuff.. I want to try this out, but first i want to know if my pc specs is good enough to play some games (not a hardcore gamer btw)

Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (6.1, Build 7600)
Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X2 555 Processor (2 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 5888MB RAM (3 sticks of 2gb ddr2 ram)
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Graphic Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4200 (integrated card)
Display Memory: 2941 MB
Dedicated Memory: 253 MB
Shared Memory: 2687 MB

is this system good enough? I don't have money to upgrade my pc yet, but what other hardware do i need to play some games like wiisports, etc. do i still need a sensor bar or a bluetooth dongle will be fine enough to use a wiimote?

If you didn't have that integrated video card, you'd be all set to do whatever you wanted. With that chip, you will have to lower all graphic settings. So yes, you will be able to run some games very well.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

I'm guessing that your PC is not a laptop? If it is, you can't upgrade your video card.

If it's a desktop, I prefer ATI cards myself, so that is that I'm going to recommend. You probably could get away with something in the HD4xxx series of cards and be fine without spending too much.

With fractional efb scaling, pixel depth off, and pixel lighting off the video card you will need to be bottlenecked by the cpu in most games would be:

1920 x 1080 (1080p) with 4xSSAA:
5850 ($220)
or
6850
or
GTX 460

1366 x 768 (720p) with 4xSSAA:
5770 ($140)
or
GTS 450

1920 x 1080 (1080p):
5670 ($100)
or
8800gt/9800gt

720 x 480 (480p) with 4xSSAA
5570 ($80)
or
GT 430

1366 x 768 (720p):
5550 ($60)
or
GT 220

720 x 480 (480p):
5450 ($40)
or
G 210

So it depends on your desired level of AA and resolution. What is your desired resolution and do you want AA?

Recommended settings vary a lot from game to game. Why not get a 5550 for about the same price? Also keep in mind that having more than 512MB of vdram is pointless since you're not going to be running at insane resolutions
