I was thinking about buying a laptop with an intel core i7-3517U and a geoforce 625m. The proccessor is fast enough but the gpu memory-bandwith according to gpu specs is not. However in light of my current config I dont trust that benchmarking. Does anyone know what would run using laptop hardware zelda TP at 1080p or a actual test using a geoforce 625m chip??

With the exception of hyrule field it should run TP just fine.
Does the laptop even have a 1080p screen? Usually only very high end laptops have a 1920 x 1080 screen resolution. The 625m is pretty slow. I would not expect it to be able to maintain fullspeed at 3x IR everywhere. 2x IR maybe.

You can't run hyrule field at fullspeed later in the game without a top of the line desktop. It's that demanding. You'll just have to come to terms with the fact that you're going to have to tolerate some slowdowns in certain spots.
Not being able to run more demanding games at 1080p without slowdowns is expected if you're buying a cheap laptop. For this game you'll likely need something like a 660M to maintain fullspeed all the time (except hyrule field of course). A 645M or 650M might be able to pull it off if you can get the GDDR5 edition. If you're lucky maybe even a 640M. I wouldn't count on it though.

Ok thank you for the advice. I will look into a geoforce 660m or 650m laptop to save up for.
