Quote:Ive been considering a sabortooth board, maybe something less. If AMD really prices their top model at around $250, i might just bite for an i7 with a cheaper but still excellent board.

Sabertooth boards cost outrageous amounts on any platform whether it be AM3+ or LGA1155. I would get something that's not that over the top.

No. Ivy bridge is slightly more expensive and slightly better. It doesn't really matter which one you pick to be honest.

Alright, cool.Wish AMD didn't screw up so bad with BD... The hype and some of its... unattractiveness killed it in ways. Maybe in a few years I can go to AMD. Im probably gonna get something that works the best though if I can get the money, lol. Thanks for the help. Ill probably hang around the forums, interesting topics sometimes.
