Guitar Hero guitar and getting my Wiimote connected to my pc

I'm having a lot of issues right now. I'm trying to play a Guitar Hero Style game called Clone Hero on my pc, but there are a ton of things getting in my way. I want to play with a Guitar Hero controller, so I bought one for the Wii. The problem is, When I try to connect my Wiimote to the pc via Bluetooth, it asks for a pin number. I've searched everywhere for an answer as to what the pin code could possibly be with no luck. If you guys know how to get passed the pin code, that'll work, but if nobody does, here's part two.

I tried connecting my Wiimote to my pc through the Dolphin emulator so that I could bypass Windows 10's crappy Bluetooth settings. It worked and my Wiimote is now connected to the pc, but I can't get it to work with any programs besides Dolphin. Is it possible to use it on other programs when it's connected through Dolphin? Or am I wasting my time with this route?

Lastly, am I able to use the Wii Guitar Hero controller on the pc at all? Or is this all just a waste of time? Thanks in advance!

While Dolphin is running and continuous scanning is enabled, it is searching for & pairing Wiimotes automatically in the background. So that is one way to skip the pin request.
I assume you are on Windows 10 latest Creators Update, that has the next button disabled on the pairing dialog until you enter something into the input field. Another workaround is to use the "Devices and Printers" window. In the Bluetooth & other devices setting panel scroll down to "Related settings", or right click on the Bluetooth system tray and click on "Join a Personal Network". The Devices and Printers window features a "Add a device" dialog, that let's you continue without entering any pin.

Wiimotes are implementing some custom communication protocol, so every program that shall be compatible with Wiimotes need to implement specific support for it, like Dolphin/Wii and its games. There are third party programs, that do enable the Wiimote to be used with other programs that don't have explicit support, by translating its inputs either into keyboard inputs or into a generic gamepad/XBox controller inputs.  One of those is my Windows Device Driver HID Wiimote (*cough* self advertisement *cough*). Though currently when using it, Dolphin isn't able to use it as Real Wiimote. That'll be fixed in the next updte. Dolphin only uses the Wiimotes for its emulating games and does not expose it to any other program.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried going with the devices and printers add a device method, and it looked like it was working, but when the Wiimote finally connects to my pc (at least, my pc SAYS it's connected) the Wiimote turns off. And I actually did download your program, but without being able to get the Wiimote connected to my pc, it just always told me that there was no Wiimotes detected.
