One of the recent versions seem to have fixed the issues with Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero, I can now play a song again and have it not lock up after playing one song! YAY.
But now I found another issue with GH5: The game runs perfectly until the menu appears. Even before the menu where you can press the YELLOW fret to play the current song that is playing (it stays 60FPS even if you start playing then) but as soon as the menu has appeared once the speed halves to 30fps to never come back up again.
It happens on all back-ends with 1x IR and it doesn't matter what settings I try. Changing shader compilation also doesn't matter.
Did a clean install and made Dolphin portable and the issue still occurs. It only happens in GH5.
In GH: Metallica I have another issue: The strum bar/D-pad always only goes UP (they get recognized as the same HAT switch). This is making selections in the menu (e.g. selecting a song) very tedious. The same configuration works flawless on any other Guitar Hero or Rock Band. I only have a single emulated Wiimote Guitar extension configured (no GC controllers/The Wiimote itself is also not configured only the Guitar extension has buttons assigned)
