Guitar Hero 3 LoR Wii controler

I have some problems to correctly configuration my PC usb pad in game Guitar Hero 3 Legends of Rock (Wii).
The controller configurations for the Gamecube platform have managed without problems.

Can someone help me by explaining step by step how to configure the controller?
