1. Options -> DSP -> Untick enable audio throttle
2. First enter a level, then after you spawn, Options -> Graphic settings -> Advanced -> EFB Copy -> Disable.

Everything will be perfect and animated in full fps, except small coins will be now frozen (which for some reason create huge fps lag while rotating). All enemies behave normal, speed/music normal, etc..

When you leave the level, the colors will be dark and patchy, then just go back to advanced graphic settings and re-enable EFB to texture, everything will look normal.

It's bothersome to do it at every level, but better than nothing. It will allow a full gameplay experience

This gives me an idea for a patch of sorts.

Dolphin should instinctively know when the disc needs to be read, if Dolphin can have some sort of EFB controller to only be active when new data is being loaded from disc (loading levels, map, etc), then potentially you could get some speedup. Like, intelligent EFB disabling.

...Just an idea is all, I don't actually have technical knowledge.
