Guide to do TAS for Dolphin 5.0

Hello there, Is there any guide to set up Dolphin for recording inputs? Its seems that the option is always greyed out in "Movie/Start Recording Input" , regardless of if a game is loaded or not. I tried to look for guides but the last one was made around 2011. I would like to be able to TAS like the one you see on Youtube, but they dont seems say anything of how they did it. Thank you in advance
