Borderless Fullscreen is in advanced because there isn't any real reason to change as for general play it is just better (especially now since Windows 10 has much better exclusive fullscreen) and since it's a pretty advanced option that only enthusiasts will know whether they should turn it or not.

That was DIFFICULT; we worked really long and hard on making that. And it's a LOT better than the old buzzwords-based setup!
