Bug #1:
The dot indicator (radio button) disappeared from the 'frame skipping' submenu. Now there's no way to tell the current Frameskip setting without opening the .ini or displaying the real FPS via the GFX overlay.
Bug #2:
Open the Graphics config. The DX9 plugin config window will appear. Now click on the Graphics settings button again. Another instance of the DX9 plugin config window appears. Dolphin shouldn't spawn multiple instances of the same plugin config windows.
