I messed with things even more and got the picture even clearer. This is with auto(Window Size) Internal Resolution. Anything else results in pretty crappy lines going across the screen. You can see one or two here even, but it's not as bad.

The colors feel a bit muted, and MaJoR confirmed it by comparing it to the screenshots I have from the GC version.
