I decided I'd rather not wait and grabbed my Radeon for testing.
The higher IR hit is much, much lower than it is on my NVIDIA, but I got lower overall performance (due to having an older card, I'm guessing?) than my NVIDIA at lower IRs and on Master. But on Higher IRs in Tev Fixes, I outperformed my GTX 760 by quite a bit. Super Mario Sunshine at 4x IR still got 30fps/60vps, Spyro games also got full speed where as I couldn't do that at all on my NVIDIA. Four Swords, which drops my NVIDIA down to 34 fps in the menus on 4x IR runs at a solid 61 on my Radeon. On Master, my NVIDIA gets over 200 fps, and the Radeon gets about 122 fps.
the two cards are a GTX 760 and a Radeon 5850. That is my report for now, I don't know what else I should do for testing. I just wanted to check it.
