Hey, just started here; recently got back into Dolphin (the prior build I had had annoying 1/3rd second audio lag) to run my 'Cube games in Glorious Soviet Russia HD, but effective been trying to get (old versions of) VBA to run with Command Mission for a few years.
Today's attempts were with Dolphin 5762 (yay, no audio lag!) & several versions of VBA-M several different versions of the GBA bios: just activating "Enable Joybus Connection" would cause VBA-M to freeze (even if Dolphin was off), and repeated attempts to get the treasure radar to load from Command Mission's pause menu would have a glimmer of connection, but it'd still freeze VBA-M. Strangely, Dolphin wouldn't even stutter through the repeated attempts.

So, here I am: just tried that latest build you have on the top post: at least that modded VBA-M doesn't freeze anymore, but it won't connect at all. :/
