I thank you for your time and must make mentioning that while I had assigned GBA for Port 1 and Port 2, leaving myself with a controller for port 3 did not allow me to take control of anything and thus I could not even start the game.
It must be noted that the original setup had been port 1 Standard controller, Port 2 GBA, Port 3 GBA. I have had no troubles establishing a connection as the map has functioned for the first instance of VBA while the second one states to look at the screen during gameplay. Both are connected. I am just trying to understand how I might enable multiplayer when the main title menu requests I have the Gameboy advance emulator running. Dolphin pages suggest entering a dungeon once the connection has been set, and success it works for the map but obviously not for a secondary player since I am only able to access single player.
