Modified as in a publicly available fork/patch I can see? I'd like to know what code was changed on VBA-M's side.

The code isn't ready yet. Looking to finish it in around a bit over a week. On the VBA side, there is some code to receive timeslices from Dolphin and some code to calculate the amount of time it takes to transfer data.

Pokemon Colosseum doesn't seem to work at all. It never detects the GBA and the GBA game boots normally.
The Pokemon Colosseum bonus disk detects the GBA when turned on, but the GBA game still boots normally and the connection fails because of that. Sonic Adventure 2 Battle works just fine when transferring Chao without using Sonic Advance. I haven't tried it with the GBA game. 02-23-2015, 08:28 PM
Moosehunter: You have to turn off the throttle for the Pokemon games to connect. I guess if your computer isn't fast enough latency is still too high and it fails.

There's a much better GBA emu out there that might be worth looking into instead of VBA-M which is pretty much dead at this point anyway.
https://github.com/mgba-emu/mgba the author actually intends to implement the GBA link as seen in his todo. F S M I believe. 02-23-2015, 11:54 PM
YAY! Tingle Tuner is working! In DSP HLE the connection may fail sometimes and it runs a little choppier but in DSP LLE everything is perfect!!!

Please post the source code or remove any link to your builds. If this is not done in 24h I'll just remove the link myself. 02-24-2015, 07:01 AM

Edit Reason: Beta releases are buggy
)
Audio is all kinds of messed up on certain minigames on Wario World. Maybe it's just emulation issues.
EDIT: Also, I can't control the game when I boot up any of the Pokemon games with the GBA adapter in. Any attempts to plug in the GBA adapter when the emulation is going on causes Dolphin to crash.

Double never mind? After connecting up to the GBA, at Pokemon XD's "Checking Connection with Controller Slot 2", the emulator hangs until I close VBA-M
