Yeah, in the past 700 builds, Dolphin Master could have gotten faster or slower.

I retested with my laptop.
i5 3210m
With 4.0-1977
50-60 fps during play selections
35-50 actual running of plays
With Delroths build
40-50 fps during play selections
33-38 actual running of plays

Sorry about the build mixup. I have the newest build(at the time of posting). When I get back home in 2 days I can test on my other computer but for now I have this laptop.

I didn't mix them up. I was really surprised myself. I'm almost home and Il test with my gaming rig so there can't be any unforseen bottlenecks.
