Please test this build both with games which use the gamecube microphone as well as other games. Specifically, I'd like to know if it works for you, and if it decreases performance at all.

You can set the mic button assignment in the GCPad configuration, and enable the Mic device on the Gamecube configuration page.

I've got Mario Party 7 to detect the mic and use the button to turn the mic on and off, also, mic min-games that would not have started otherwise are now starting, but I do not have an actual mic to test voice.

To test this with another setup I would need to know how can I connect the gamecube mic (it has a proprietary connector) to the computer... any ideas?
Thanks a lot !

You can't use the official GC mic but you can use a classical one for PC

OK
I was trying to use the classical USB mics from the PS2... but the build is not there anymore.
Would you please repost the build so that I can test in on Windows and OSX?

If I get it working my daughter will be happy to play all the karaoke games...

Thanks !!!
