Development Thread Dolphin Bisection Tool for finding broken builds

Issues fixed:

• Fixed issue where DBT would fail to launch Dolphin if the emulator executable was not named Dolphin.exe
  

To use:

Create a blank folder somewhere you have write access, extract the contents of the zip file below to that new folder, run DolphinBisectTool.exe
