Development Thread Dolphin Bisection Tool for finding broken builds

I haven't forgotten about this tool. I currently have the ability to test across multiple stables on my list, I'd rather implement that than just increment the stable from 4 to 5, especially considering right now the bisect tool wouldn't be terribly useful without many new huge features implemented since 5.0 (yet)
