Graphics problems with rev 3404??

Hi, when i downloaded and started dolphin svn 3404, i started playing brawl, the game works better than earlier versions of dolphin, but after a minute or two, suddenly the game begins to descend on fps and get a very large resolution , what cause this? Older versions work without a similar problem or another, I changed the settings to the same settings of my old revs because the earlier versions worked well and it still does not work with this new rev.
It seems that native resulotion not work well or it just seems to me?

render to main window
dual core on
idle skipping on
all advanced settings are on
