Graphics messing up, Please help

When i first installed Dolphin the only problems i was having was lag in games like Mario Galaxy and Force Unleashed (havent fixed that one yet).

I might have changed something and caused this but i dont know what and ive tried several changes to see if i can correct the problem.

Here's the problem:

Before now, when id start a game the graphics would be fine. Colors, layouts everything would show as they should.

Now I get little message boxes like CPMR and such.

What can i do to change this back to better graphics? Is there a setting i changed that caused this?

I can still play the games, but id rather at least have it how i used to.

Mm...You have not telled the"changes", that you have made, the Dolphin SVN version and complementary information.
