Graphics error - Paper Mario

Whenever I try playing Paper Mario (GC) I get FBManager::Create FAIL: Depth Color Texture and the images are distorted making the game unplayable. I am using Direct3D9 for graphics because OpenGL doesn´t seem to work and Software Renderer is way too slow. I have installed the latest directx fixes.

My Laptop:

Windows Vista
Intel Celeron CPU 560 @ 2.13 GHz
2 Gb RAM
Mobile Intel 965 Chipset Family (says 252 MB)

Sorry, I don´t know so much about computers, but I would really appreciate some help.

It's your Graphics card , Intel doesn't make good graphics cards

You do realize he said GC not Wii right? Im having a similar problem that I am about to post about...
