hey i have a compaq presario sr1602hm 80gb hd amd sempron 3000+ processor and ati raedon xpress 200 i was wondering if my grapgics card was a good 1 for dolphin

No, and most importantly, that cpu is too weak to run anything on dolphin. sorry.
My Specs: AMD Phenom II x4 940 3.0ghz - w7/Ubuntu 11.04
