I'm getting a bug in every game that I play. This bug consists of how high I have my internal res. For example, I have my IR as 2x, I boot Monster Hunter Tri and when I get in game it runs at 24FPS but as soon as I push the Graphics button on the emulator, it goes up to 30FPS. I changed absolutely nothing, it still remains 2x IR, no AA.etc but after pushing the button it will stay at 30FPS.

It's not a big deal but I do have to do this every time I play a game, I can push Escape to exit out of the game, come back to the same game only to get full FPS after I push the Graphics button.

Specs
CPU: AMD FX-4170 4.2GHz Quad Core
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 (Anyone know how high I can get the IR with a GPU like this?)
RAM: 8GB RAM (4GBx2 Sticks)

The game has certain graphics settings (in this case, EFB to RAM) enabled in its .ini file, but they're overridden when you open the graphics panel while in-game. If you want to prevent it from using EFB to RAM, right-click on the game, click Properties, click Edit Config in the bottom-left, and change the "EFBToTextureEnable = False" to True.

EFB to RAM is probably forced for a good reason, though. Does the game look weird or anythin' without it?

I can play MHT at 2.5x IR without a problem, it drops a few frames on the demanding parts but other than that it's always 30FPS, though there are probably speed hacks making up for it. Thanks for the link though, i'll check it out.

I have yet to see any graphical bugs, heard a few sound bugs, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Disable/turn off Framelimit (Auto = 30 FPS) then compare 1xIR and 2.5xIR , you'll see huge difference in speed
ATI 5450 , Nvidia GT 520 , Nvidia GT 620 are not recommended for gaming anyway
Depending on the game , with graphic intensive games like SMG 1 & 2 , even 1xIR won't help you

99% of sound bugs can be fixed with LLE audio, but it can cause quite a bit of slowdown, even with LLE on Thread. Try it if you have the DSP dumps, just to see if all those cores in that Bulldozer (?) of yours help any with LLE on Thread. (Note that if the game dips under 100% speed with LLE, the sound will stutter. This ain't a bug.)

I turned off Framelimit and I get 33FPS with 1x and 31FPS with 2.5x. I know the 5450 is a pretty cheap card, it was all I could afford and since the mobo has no onboard graphics, I had to pick something.

I have DSP dumps but when I try to start Dolphin with LLE it instantly crashes, this being with the newest revision I could find and even older ones. I'm sure it's a valid dump though. Edit: Ok, it's only when I try to use Savestates with LLE that it will crash Dolphin.

Yeah, savestates made under HLE ain't gonna work under LLE 'cause of the huge difference between their methods of processing audio. Savestates are pretty problematic anyway, what with them being incompatible between revisions and whatnot - please do yourself a favor and never, ever build any sort of reliance on them. v_v

Yeah, I don't rely too much on savestates and I usually save via ingame method too so if a savestate does mess up I still have a backup. I tried to use LLE instead but my PC can't seem to keep 30FPS, so that's probably out of the question.
