I've noticed a dramatic decline in graphics quality in the OpenGL plugin in the latest 4xxx - 4286 revisions compared to slightly older revisions such as 3972.
In the latest revisions you have to enable the Zelda Bloom hack to see graphics in Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, where this was was not needed in older revisions such as 3972. Also in the latest revisions attack effects are not visible in DBZBT3, Goku's Kamehameha and Spirit Bomb attack effects are invisible where these effects were working fine in revision 3972.
I've also tested Luigi's Mansion using revisions 4286 and 3972 side by side and here are the results, I used the x64 build of Dolphin with the same exact settings for testing.
Revision 3972:
Revision 4286:
The OpenGL plugin also is quite a bit slower with some games in the latest revisions, notice the drastic difference in FPS in the screenshots for the 3972 and 4286 revisions.
I'm not trying to complain, just reporting an issue or problem I believe may of been overlooked or not reported yet.
*Since I am unable to attach another picture to this post, I have posted the last picture for revision 4286 below*
OpenGL plugin settings: 1024 x 768 resolution (Windowed), 4:3 Aspect Ratio, AA Disabled, 16x AF, Auto-Scale, Vsync Disabled, Copy EFB to System Ram.
