Is your graphic card drivers updated. Actually the intel hd 2000 the card integrated on the cpu is below the graphic requirements for dolphin, which is an intel hd 4000(https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#which-gpu-do-i-need is a reference). You have 4 options. You can try different backend like direct 11 and maybe that will help. You could upgrade the gpu to something that newer with something like a gt 1030(if you get this card make sure it has gddr 5 in the specs info) this would allow it to be a minimum for current 5.0 stable and current builds. You could get a new system that either comes with a newer integrated gpu or a discrete gpu and benefit will be likely a faster cpu for dolphin and generally as well. You last option though this is unsupported by forums is to use an older build of dolphin like 4 or a fork of dolphin likely Ishiiruka which still has the direct 9 backend with tend to be better for this older integrated gpu but also might have more issue depending on the game.

Use D3D instead. It's the best option for Intel integrated GPUs.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

I mentioned direct 11 in my previous post but the intel hd 2000 is a reduce intel HD 3000 in terms of design. My older laptop with an intel HD 3000 run into so many problems with current builds regardless of backend. I doubt op would have it easy with the current op's igpu and current builds based of my experience.
