Graphical Issue with Super Paper Mario

So, recently, I decided to try out Super Paper Mario with Dolphin. I changed the settings to the recommended ones from the wiki (Direct3D 11, EFB to RAM, and bounding emulation), and the game runs pretty well. However, there is a strange graphical issue that makes it look like there are dead pixels on the screen whenever I try to play it.

Example here:

I'm quite a newbie when it comes to figuring these things out, so I tried posting a couple of threads on a couple of different emulation subreddits, but I got no responses. Help would be very much appreciated.

Unfortunately, this is an issue with your graphics drivers and there isn't much we can do about it.

Ah, I see. Well, I plan on upgrading my graphics card soon, so would that fix the problem?
