Works fine for me. My settings in hacks are exactly like the OP, except I've got "Saltar el acceso al EFB desde la CPU"/ Skip EFB Access from CPU checked. Other than that, it's all the same.

Well, it still could be a problem with OpenGL, if the drivers for OS X aren't good.

OS X drivers are good, those who come from the factory.
I tried to activate the "Skip EFB access from the CPU" / Skip EFB Access "and follow exactly the same ...

It is a framebuffer issue with *some* GPUs, so your mac might have one with that issue.
Since it's related to OSX, there's nothing to do.

Install 7 via Bootcamp, there's no issue
