If you ever finish the Direct3D9 plugin would it be better than open gl plugin?

It depends on what GPU u have and what games are you running.
For example ATI radeon GPUs run DirectX better than OGL, but they are updating so something can change in future.

And I think that Direct3D9 plugin will never be completely finished, because there always can be some improvement.

I should suggest that You should install the direct3d. It is very useful for you in many ways. I t also supports many games and also for the graphics. I am using the since last two years. I hope direct3d will help you in graphics. It supports many software.
