Grafik Driver crashes with overclocked CPU

Hey guys!
I've got a little problem by overclocking my CPU and my grafik drivers.
First my sytem specs:

AMD Athlon 64x 7750+ (2x 2.7 Ghz)
Nvidia Geforce 9500GT
Asrock N68-S
Windows XP 32-Bit SP 3
3GB Ram

I am using the Asrock OC Tuner to overclock my CPU to about 3.0 Ghz speed but then my pc crashes and the error is in the driver.
This is only when I overclock my CPU.
I use the newest drivers for my board and my GPU.

Is this normal or can it be fixed?

well then it's not stable then.

I also tried the overclocked.
I can say this an overclocked cpu is not stable system, so this is the problem.

This is not an overclocking forum so..

Those 300mhz wont make much of an diffrence any way..
(maybe 3/6 frames more?)

Overclocking mostly makes the system unstable if you dont know what youre doing (in this case I think thats pretty true)
Normally you dont use apps for "overclocking" real overclocking happends in the bios with proper cooling on the cpu,
but if you have no experience in that. You better dont do that since you can blow it up (no offence)
