Hi.

First, I'm from Germany. Sorry for my English.

I use a Huawei y7 2018 and I want to know if the device is fast enough to use the android version of the dolphin emulator. And witch configuration works on the device.

Thanks for helping

With those specs, I find it highly unlikely that you'll have a good Dolphin experience. Maybe with some extremely light games.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

That device has a Snapdragon 430... to get playable performance in some games you need at least a Snapdragon 8xx... That device you have there is just incredibly low-end.
Check my profile for up to date specs.
