When I was playing smg, I had the resolution set to 1920x 1080 and my ati radeon hd 5770 was reading at 163 degrees Fahrenheit. Should I change to a antic 902 case?

No, it's quite normal. Higher end gpu's can go well into the 160f (about 70-75 celsius) if emulating games on dolphin at 1080p res. I've seen temps of up to 74c on my card while emulating SMG whereas a radeon 3850 just went to about 60c.

There is little need to switch cases because that load temp is way above the maximum stated spec.. Radeon 5000+ series can easily handle even 90c sustained temperatures.
If you're paranoid though and want to drop temps to about 140f, you can use ICD or Arctic silver compound between the gpu heatsink and fan. I chose to do that & general temps dropped by some 10-20f.
