gpu shader emulation

so citra has a big update yesterday read it here

and i was just wondering if it is possible for dolphin to do this?

Dolphin has already been using hardware renderering APIs (D3D, OpenGL, etc) for 15 years.

The GC/Wii GPU doesn't have programmable shaders like the 3DS GPU does.
